I received a faculty notification letter(FNL), what now?

Length: 27s

You will receive an email from DSPS with your students information and a list of approved accommodations. If alternative testing is an accommodation, you will need to fill out and submit the 'Alternative Testing Agreement'. When you receive a Faculty Notification Letter, it confirms a student is registered with DSPS. You must review the specific accommodations listed to ensure the student has equal access to your course materials and environment.

Alternative Testing Agreement

Length: 39s

You will receive an email with the 'Alternative Testing Agreement' link that will take you to the form needed by DSPS to proctor your students exam. This is the alternative testing agreement. Fill this out in its entirety. Confirm the course information and include your contact information. Answer the list of questions and specify exam date, time, and length then click submit. Note you will only need to input the standard time length. The system will calculate the extended time for you.  This is a required step if a student has testing accommodations. It allows you to specify proctoring instructions (time limits, allowed materials like calculators, etc.) so the DSPS office can accurately administer the exam on your behalf.
