Learn the art of creating delicious meals in a Dutch Oven. We will show you how to select, care for and use the correct oven for your needs.
Class will take place outdoors at the Cuesta College site located at 3535 Education Dr., SLO allowing you to take in the local hillsides and wildlife as you prepare and then eat the meal you have created.

Greg Peterson |
Greg Peterson is the owner and operator of Open Range Catering. He has enjoyed preparing and serving food in an outdoor setting since the mid-1980s. Dutch Oven cooking became part of his food preparation repertoire in 1985 when he began packing with Llamas in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. He has been the cook at the Muir Trail Ranch and on numerous horse packing trips. |
