This class will focus on surviving with the food you have on- hand in a dire situation. The lessons will be based on what is available using canned goods, water rations, emergency food packets, and basic food items like flour, beans, and rice. This class is set to challenge you with group work, strategy in cooking for everyone, negotiations with/within groups, and traveling with what you can carry. There will be group challenges every day, meals needed to be prepared, and strategy for getting more food if needed.
