You will learn to flip an omelet, design a pancake, make your own pasta, several bread recipes, work with chocolate, diverse dishes, and much more. You will also use these foods to learn basic culinary skills like knife cuts, mise en place, cleaning, food prepping, and cooking. The class is very interactive and has lots of facts. If you have the energy to keep up, like food and have fun; this class is definitely going to be challenging but very rewarding. Skills for Life!
