Before we can share your information, we need to verify your identity. You can do this by either presenting a government-issued photo ID when receiving in-person services, or by completing a Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Release Form (for virtual services) and establishing a 4-digit PIN that can be used for verification purposes. For security purposes, no information will be released without the appropriate verification.
