Kelly Lynch, M.A., is a Dynamic Emotional Integration® (DEI) Trainer and Consultant.  An educator for 15 years in both general and special education, teaching preschoolers through adult learners, Kelly is a patient and empathic instructor. She first heard of DEI when a friend recommended a book called The Language of Emotions written by Karla McLaren. Having been told for much of her life that she was “too sensitive” and “too emotional,” she was relieved to find a new approach to working with her emotions that welcomed them, and gave her practices to learn to channel her emotions. This approach to inner emotional life has helped her to develop a grounded sense of self-trust, strategies to both let go of and reframe outdated expectations and limiting beliefs, and to embrace her internal emotional world.
