This course explores how personality patterns shape the way we think, communicate, and relate to others. Using the Enneagram as a framework, students gain insight into their core motivations, stress responses, and interaction styles. Through guided reflection and discussion, students begin to recognize their own patterns and understand how those patterns developed. Students will leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools to respond more intentionally in everyday situations.
