These workshops dive into how improvisation strengthens real-world abilities like emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience and storytelling. Through laughter-filled games and interactive exercises, participants explore how improv principles foster greater self-awareness, adaptability, and creativity.
This is a skills-based personal development class, not a performance or acting course. No prior experience is needed. Each workshop in this series stands on its own—participants are welcome to register for the topics that most interest them.
Whether you want to communicate with more empathy, stay calm under pressure, or bring more joy and creativity into your daily life, this series offers a fresh set of tools and insights to help you thrive.
