Evaluations are a significant right and obligation of faculty members, earnestly upheld by Cuesta College’s faculty and administration. The Cuesta College Federation of Teachers (CCFT) Bargaining Agreement, Article 7, section 7.1 (page 34+), outlines the evaluation process as it applies to Cuesta College faculty members, both Full-Time and Part-Time.

Institutional Tenure Review Committee (ITRC) New Faculty Information

What is the ITRC?  The evaluating body consisting of three tenured faculty from different divisions, and two management employees, that consider each element of evaluations and issues an overall evaluation in the form of a recommendation to the district.  They recommend if a second contract, third contract, and tenure are offered (CBA 7.14.2-7.19-20) (page 38+).

ITRC's evaluation is based on review of documentation provided by CFM (Contract Faculty Member), DTC (Division Tenure Committee), and Manager.
