Designed for food service professionals and managers, this intensive session provides a high-level review of essential food safety concepts followed by the official ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification exam. We will cover critical areas including 'me and temperature control, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and sanitation regulations to ensure you are prepared for the 90-ques'on proctored exam.
Please note: This is an accelerated review session and proctoring service, not a comprehensive training course; students are strongly encouraged to purchase and study the ServSafe Manager Book (7th Edition) independently prior to the session.
