COURSE PROPOSAL DEADLINES
- Summer 2026 (June 8 - July 31): 1st Friday in February
- No classes on: June 19 & July 3
- Brochure mailed the second week in April
- Fall 2026 (August 17 - December 11): 1st Friday in May
- No classes on: September 7, November 11, and November 26-28
- Brochure mailed the second week in August
- Spring 2027 (January 19 – May 14): 1st Friday in October
- No classes on: February 12-15, and March 15
- Brochure mailed the second week in January

- Course Proposal Form. Please complete for any new aquatics, recreation, or education classes you'd like
to propose.

- ACTIVENET ACCOUNT ACCESS: for checking rosters, emailing current students, and entering attendance. Please contact CommunityPrograms@cuesta.edu for assistance.
- MARKETING GUIDE: to help with promotion of your class(es). Community Programs will promote overall programs, but individual class promotion is up to instructors. Check out Cuesta's Logo Guide & Brand Identity and consider putting together a promotional flyer. We recommend www.canva.com for flyer design. Please include a Cuesta College Community Programs logo in your design and submit to CommunityPrograms@cuesta.edu for approval before distribution.
