Bringing together representational works from current and former faculty, and alumni, this exhibition highlights the amazing breadth and depth of talent that has been inspired by the Foundry Program at Cuesta College. Alloy: Ideas & Influence unites the 6,000-year-old process of traditional bronze casting with a contemporary approach to content, form, and technique. Highlighting unique explorations, this exhibition features sculptures that investigate, challenge, and celebrate the distinctive qualities of cast metal.

The Harold J Miossi Art Gallery is a gallery space presenting temporary exhibitions of contemporary art that show
new and challenging work from national and international artists. We strive to be
a collaborative and comprehensive program that engages our students and the public
in exhibition, education and public art - fostering cross-disciplinary engagement
and a deepened and diverse cultural understanding. We work to present our program
in a unique and welcoming environment in which visitors can experience the work in
an explorative and supportive community.
The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery, Room 7170, is located on Highway 1, halfway between San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay in the courtyard of the Cultural and Performing Arts Center. Admission to the gallery is free. You will find a map of the SLO Campus under "Directions and Hours".
