Performance artist, Emma Saperstein, brings her many talents to Cuesta's Harold J Miossi Art Gallery. A graduate of Wheaton College and the New York Center for Art and Media Studies, Emma is a die-hard Chicago fan. Her experience includes serving as studio manager to internationally recognized artist Titus Kaphar, co-curator of Inverse Performance Art Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas, involvement in the thriving alternative arts and publishing community in Chicago, specifically with ArtWing Contemporary, Public Media Institute and Lumpen Magazine. A two-year experience editing and curating for HYSTERIA gave her access to significant radical feminist discourse and furthered her ability to engage with critical and sensitive topics.
