Join us for our second Alumni series where we hear from Cuesta ALUM who rejoin our Cuesta family for a conversation on their post-Cuesta journey. This month, we hear from photographers Casey Wieber and Amanda Adam.

About Amanda Adam: ​She’s a full-time creative and business owner absorbing every drop of funk Los Angeles has to offer. She demonstrates an overwhelming passion for vibrant, mixed-media collage that seeps into her editorial photography. Amanda depicts aspects of a carefree, youthful attitude, and channels it into her craft. Developing 120 film in her kitchen, and styling from her collection of handcrafted wearable art, gives Amanda a one-of-a-kind approach to the photography community.

About Casey Wieber: Casey Wieber is an award-winning, up-and-coming photographer, filmmaker, and multimedia artist with additional backgrounds in music production and sound for film. From 2007 to 2008, Casey studied audio engineering and graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe, Arizona and went on to pursue a career in music. In 2012 he discovered a new passion, the camera. In 2018 he graduated from Cuesta College with an Associate’s Degree in Studio Art with an emphasis in photography and in 2020 earned his BFA in Art & Design with a concentration in photography & video production at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and works primarily in the field of video production, 3D computer graphics, visual effects compositing and live stream broadcasting.
