Crafting with Mindfulness & Meditation
Choose yourself by choosing this class. Take an hour out of your day to open your journal and explore the most fascinating subject this world has to offer: YOU! Each 2-week course will feature a different theme related to mindfulness. We will be writing in our gratitude journals, discussing related topics, watching videos, and responding to creative journal prompts that will inspire introspective thinking. Each day will feature a new guided meditation and a new mindfulness crafting activity for improving your wellness (ex: painting, writing poetry, puzzles, yarn art, mandalas, etc). This class will take place indoors and outdoors and can be taken every session. Take this with the yoga class at 9:30am for a truly mindfully meditative start to your day!

Her career goal is to integrate her love for nature with psychology by using wilderness therapy as treatment for anxiety and stress disorders. In addition to science, she has a passion for mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and mental wellness. This is her 3rd year teaching for CFK. She has been educating children for over 15 years and she is also the mother of a 13-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. In the past, she has taught children’s yoga, meditation, gymnastics, and swimming.
