Mindfulness and Meditation
Choose yourself by choosing this class. Take an hour out of your day to open your journal and explore the most fascinating subject this world has to offer: YOU! Each 2-week course will feature a different theme related to mindfulness. We will be writing in our gratitude journals, discussing related topics, watching videos, and responding to creative journal prompts that will inspire introspective thinking. Each day will feature a new guided meditation and a new mindfulness activity for improving your wellness (ex: painting, writing poetry, nature walk, and puzzles). This class will take place mostly outside in nature.
