Yoga, Movement, and Breath
Start your morning outside in nature focusing on breathing, strength, and flexibility. Each day, we will start our class with a breathwork exercise to regulate our bodies and minds. Next, you’ll be guided through a new yoga routine daily (beginners and advanced yogis welcome!). At the end of class we’ll learn a new mindful activity for improving and maintaining your wellness (ex: qigong, nature walk, mandala art, self-acupressure, and meditation).

FEE: $65 + $20 materials fee

Leana Marcus |
This is Leana's 4th year as an instructor for CFK. She has an AS in Psychology and Environmental Science and is currently working on her AS in Agricultural Plant Science. She is a mother of 2 and has been working with youth for 20 years and teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She enjoys nature-based learning and hopes to create a friendly space for teens to express themselves physically and mentally this summer. Expect to spend a lot of time outdoors if you take either of her morning classes. |
