Knives of the Round Table
In this hands-on class you will learn proper knife skills and appropriate techniques in holding and utilizing chef knifes. Learn traditional, classic culinary cuts and practice them to perfection. We will be utilizing the fruits of our labor to create soups, sauces, and appetizers, inspiring less product waste. ON GUARD!
