The applications process is different for each type of university system. In the beginning of your final year at Cuesta College, research all important application dates and deadlines.

- Independent and Out of State universities application periods and deadlines vary, use campus websites to find this information.
- Attend a Workshop and get your questions answered before submitting. The Transfer/Career Center holds many workshops during the year on a variety of application topics- application assistance, writing a personal statement, applying for financial aid/scholarships, etc.
- Apply for Financial Aid: FAFSA and California Dream Act applications for the
2021/2022 cycle will ask you to provide information from your previous year’s taxes.
Applications open October 1st. Apply by March 2nd and make sure to list every
