on one with students to identify strengths and build study skills to increase efficiency
and productivity. In her spare time, she enjoys Transcendental Meditation, reading

“As a Cuesta student, I found the support of the tutoring center, EOPS/Calworks, and
DSPS pivotal to my success. I discovered that I have ADHD, general anxiety, and after
a lot of work overcame the stigma of admitting I also experience depression. Once
these services helped me understand how my brain type works, I was better able to
work with my brain! I want every student to experience what having that kind of support
feels like. Please make an appointment today!” ~Alysha
