Diplomas and certificates are mailed to the student's permanent address as it appears in the student's myCuesta personal information located in the My Web Services channel. Students may update their contact information in myCuesta. The Evaluations Office will not be responsible for diplomas not received via US postal mail due to incorrect address or other circumstances beyond our control.

Replacement of Diploma or Certificate

  1. Complete a Diploma/Certificate Reorder Form.
  2. Submit with payment (check or money order) to:

If you are able to login to the myCuesta portal, you may arrange to have replacement fees charged to your account so you may pay by credit or debit card, with an additional $2.00 convenience fee.  Make arrangement with the Evaluations Office by calling (805) 546-3141.
