The Cuesta College LVN program is a full time program that requires a commitment of rigorous study for 3 semesters. This program is offered on our North County campus in Paso Robles, CA.  Students attend classes and clinical rotations 5 days a week for 6-9 hours each day and are expected to maintain a flexible schedule in order to accommodate the scheduling demands of the clinical rotations. Students must have reliable transportation and be prepared to potentially drive as far south as Arroyo Grande and as far north as King City.

Licensing Exam and Pass Rates

The LVN program prepares students for entry-level vocational nursing positions in a variety of healthcare settings. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to take the National Vocational Nursing Licensure examination (NCLEX-PN). Passing this exam is required to be employed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, and must be taken at the applicant's expense, upon successful completion of all program requirements. NCLEX-PN Pass Rates
