Description/Additional information: I’m looking for someone who has a stable job, respectful, trustworthy and clean. Preferably
someone 20s-30s, working full time, female, and no kids. Pets: A cat can be negotiated,
as cats are welcomed at complex. But I do have 1 cat already, and yours will have
to get used to mine & stay in the room for about a month. Small dogs are allowed too,
but I’m not sure how my animal is with dogs, but it is upstairs and only a balcony
so I don’t think a dog will work. |

SLO in an apartment with 2 other Cuesta girls. Room has a full-sized bed, desk, dresser,
closet. This apartment has 3 private bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. The complex has a very nice gym, pool, laundry, theatre, study area, gathering area, and computer lab. I was really looking forward to living here but got off the waitlist at Cal Poly and will now be in a student dorm on campus. This location is a 1 minute walk from a grocery store/ restaurant area, a 10 minute drive to Cuesta, and a 3 minute walk to a hiking trailhead. The complex has an office that is staffed 9-5, and is filled with mostly Cuesta and Cal Poly students. I'm looking to find a replacement candidate for my lease but you would be signing it directly with Valencia. Please contact me if you are interested. |
