Dynamic Deep Water
Dynamic Deep Water-A challenging moderate to high intensity workout in deep water combining cardio and resistance training. Methods of interval training are used to create fun and effective workouts that improve endurance, strength, core stability, and range of motion.
Buoyancy belts are encouraged.
