Land Use Planning and Mapping for Agricultural Operations and Smallholdings
Join us for the first in our series of farm/ranch workshops - Land Use Planning and Mapping using MapRight. Get essential advice about how zoning regulations apply to you and a free 30-day subscription to MapRight.
Friday you will be able to access your free 30-day trial and go over the basics of MapRight online. Saturday we will start the day at 10 am with an overview of San Luis Obispo County’s land use regulations pertaining to livestock, farming and ranching. After lunch (bring your own lunch to enjoy in the open air and grasslands) we will gain hands on experience using MapRight to chart Cuesta College’s 75-acre agricultural property.
