Faye Baker

Faye Baker is a certified instructor (Sifu) in Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and Longevity Breathing. In addition to Tai Chi and Qigong, Baker has over 40 years training in other movement arts: Yoga, TaeKwonDo, Aikido, Judo, Kung Fu, Acupressure. She specializes in helping people learn functional methods to bring more comfort and ease into their daily lives.
