Traditional Shotokan Karate
High caliber Shotokan Karate instruction, practicing an authentic, challenging martial art.
- Typical practices consist of kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring).
- Regular practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one’s mental capabilities, and more self-confidence.
