Relationships, Personality, Personal growth, and a Path to a Healthier and Happier Life
The course is designed to increase one's awareness of the causes of stress or chaos in our lives. You will gain insights as to how personality becomes the filter through which you view the world. You will also look at relationships, the ones that make life harmonious verses difficult. We will blend various philosophies with psychological principles to guide you on this path of personal transformation. You will learn about epigenetics and how emotional health translates to a longer healthier life. This course will take content from three books published by the instructor.
